I support the development of governance frameworks, action plans, and implementation strategies that reflect the values of the people who will live with them — not just the institutions that fund them.
An alternative to compliance-style impact screening for infrastructure and energy projects. Establishes community-defined well-being baselines, examines legitimacy under customary governance, and builds an evaluation framework the proponent and its investors can use after deployment.
