About Us.
Who we are
Earth Resolve Solutions is a consultancy that helps communities and organizations work together to address complex environmental challenges. We specialize in climate, conservation, and sustainability - but at the heart of everything we do is one simple idea:
Real, long-lasting progress begins with relationships.
We support our clients to build trust, resolve conflict, and co-create strategies that reflect their values, priorities, and long-term goals.
Whether we're facilitating a difficult dialogue, supporting the development of a governance model, or helping navigate competing interests in climate action - our approach stays the same: collaborative, respectful, and grounded in real-world impact.
What We Value
Collaboration
We believe the best solutions are built together.
Clarity
We help untangle complexity and support informed, collective decisions.
Integrity
We show up with honesty, humility, and respect—for people, process, and place.
Action
Our work is grounded in getting things done—strategies that stick, relationships that last, and outcomes that matter.
