  • Founder & Principal Consultant

    Matthew Parent is a mediator, facilitator, and strategist who helps people work together on climate and environmental issues.

    He brings over a decade of experience working across Indigenous governance, climate strategy, and environmental conflict resolution. His work spans northern and remote communities, international climate negotiations, and complex policy processes - always with a focus on building trust, navigating difficult conversations, and supporting practical, community-led solutions.

    Matthew founded Earth Resolve Solutions to bring a human-centered approach to environmental challenges - one that combines deep listening, careful facilitation, and strategic support for long-term change.

  • We collaborate with a trusted network of independent experts, advisors, and facilitators to scale impact and bring the right voices to every project.

Earth Resolve Solutions is based in Quebec City, on the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat Nation.

Our work spans many Indigenous homelands - lands cared for by First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples since time immemorial. We hold this not as a formality, but as a responsibility.
