The technical solutions exist. For the issues we don’t have the solutions to - we need to come together. In the end, what keeps getting in the way is people — governments and communities that don't understand or trust each other, institutions with competing mandates, tables full of people who need to decide together but can't quite get there.

I work alongside individuals, Indigenous communities, municipalities, governments, industry, and mission driven organizations to turn those difficult conversations into shared direction and practical action.

I design and lead processes that produce real decisions, not just consultation. For strategic planning, cross-sector partnership, governance, and multi-stakeholder tables where the work has to actually go somewhere.
I support the development of governance frameworks, action plans, and implementation strategies that reflect the values of the people who will live with them — not just the institutions that fund them.
