I work across five interconnected service areas
These primarily focus on climate action, water governance, biodiversity and conservation, clean energy, and environmental policy contexts. In practice, most mandates draw on more than one service area. A governance advisory engagement often involves facilitation; a conflict navigation process usually requires some strategy work. The descriptions below reflect the distinct entry points clients most often start from.
My Services

I help communities, organizations, and governments navigate disputes over land, resources, environmental decisions, and governance — particularly where relationships need to survive the outcome. My approach is structured but not rigid: I read what each situation needs and design accordingly, drawing on formal mediation, negotiation support, conflict coaching, and early-stage intervention depending on where things stand.

I design and lead facilitated processes for groups that need to make decisions together — across cultures, jurisdictions, and worldviews. The focus is on genuine dialogue and shared ownership of outcomes, not consultation theatre. I work from a pluripartial posture: present in the room, holding care for all parties, and willing to challenge patterns that keep groups stuck.
Typical contexts: strategic planning, climate governance tables, cross-sector partnership processes, multi-stakeholder engagement, inter-jurisdictional dialogue.

I support the design and implementation of governance frameworks, climate action plans, and policy strategies. My advisory work is grounded in the same relational principles as my facilitation — the best governance structures are ones that reflect the values and priorities of those who will live with them, and that are built through legitimate processes, not handed down.
Typical contexts: Indigenous climate governance, land claims implementation, self-government planning, climate action strategy development.

I design and lead engagement processes that go beyond checkbox consultation — with a particular focus on Indigenous and frontline communities where the history of engagement has often been extractive. The goal is to create conditions where community members are genuine participants in decisions that affect them, not an audience for decisions already made.
Typical contexts: major project and infrastructure consultation, policy co-development, community-led planning processes.

I conduct formal assessments of how projects, policies, or decisions affect community social fabric, relationships, and well-being. These assessments go beyond compliance — they surface what communities actually need and give decision-makers the information required to act on it.
